This is Session 5 of a 9-week comprehensive course that provides valuable information for anyone who is interested in pursuing and/or is already pursuing a career in the Entertainment Industry. Participants will learn about the art as well as the business of entertainment.

This series provides a primer for attorneys, producers, writers, directors and anyone else interested in entertainment. Each program will provide detailed, step-by-step information so that you can easily understand the interactivity of each area of the business and be successful in integrating the needs of your particular situation.

Session 5 Description: This program will cover webpage privacy policies and terms of use and what each clause means as well as FTC Regulations/Best Practices, Targeted Advertising, the latest development in Industry self regulation, EU and Canadian Regulations and Safe Harbor.
